o Acquire, manage, and grow portfolio of Business Banking Customers, in order to generate core earnings to achieve annual financial goals.
o Timely and accurate preparation of business credit applications in accordance with the bank's policies (Risk's bulletins).
o Ensure quick turnaround time (TAT) on approvals & transactions by coordinating with the relevant departments (Risk Management, Trade Services, Credit Risk & Control, Branch Operations, and Treasury).
o Manage timely disbursements & adjustments of loans; utilize levels as well as business reciprocity.
o Supervise Assistant Relationship Managers in preparation of credit package including credit proposal after conducting financial analysis
o Scrutinize the financial health & other developments vis-à-vis client's business in particular & industry in general.
o Ensure that unit's overall business plans are met & that prospective clientele is not over looked and bank's revenue targets are met.
o Examine weekly/monthly clients' business reports & discussions with Country Business Manager.
o Officiate in all matters relating to customer transactions, proposals, amendments, etc. in the absence of the SRM/ Manager BBU.
