I have been working in several areas: marketing, training and pricing and I had the opportunity to have a complete overview of an international brand.
I experienced the dynamics of a highly competitive hotel segment - 3 and 4 star hotels - and a brand known and geographically widespread.

On my current role within Royal Group Hotels & Resorts organization, I'm continuing on my professional growth: either by an analytical point of view in Total Revenue Management, either in staff management.
The competitive environment has raised to that of the 5-star luxury accommodation and hotel strongly oriented to the Meeting and Convention.
