To use my experience as an Advertising strategist, a manager, a sales person, and a certified conflict manager to obtain an entry-level position in an advertising agency.
As an advertising sales manager I have dealt with daily challenging obstacles. Effective communication and training has been the key to any successful staff that I have overseen. I am a practitioner of "The One-Minute Manager" and not afraid to take a hands on approach. In order for my people to perform at their highest level I must perform at mine. I lead my staff through precedent and example.
