Starting as a trainee engineer 10 years ago, I quickly found my natural talent was in fault finding and seeing solutions to problems from ‘outside the box’ due to my logical way of thinking. I have worked very hard to progress to the position I am now in, and have never stopped learning new techniques and management styles to get the best out of people and improve efficiency in ways that are beneficial to both the company and the worker.
