Job Duties: Capitalize on the new business opportunities within the local trade boundaries. Adopt retention, expansion, attrition and cost management tactics in order to increase Market Share. Coach and develop the personal banker's team capabilities towards better implementation of retail strategies. Provide feedback on market dynamics to the Branch Manager, to recommend product re-positing accordingly. Handle internal service issues by re-enforcing the service oriented behavior across branch functionalities. Report operational deviations to Branch Manager to ensure acceptable branch audit rating. Interacts with the branch manager on a daily basis to understand new market opportunities and develop new business opportunities. Collate information from the market and team members and recommend changes in credit policies and product parameters. Share with the branch manager the latest best practices adopted by the retail banking industry. Interacts with the cross-functional departments within RBG and other divisions. Resolves complex customer problems by practicing the delegated authority and coordinating with the other partners. Identify areas of improvement among team members and recommend development plans.
