Leadership and Administration
While I have been studying Administrative Management at CWU, I have been practicing my administration and personnel management skills in other environments.  Chiefly among these is a section of a popular gaming website in which I am the administrator of, and oversee other staff volunteers, conduct interviews, prepare media and content as well as performing other various functions of administration.  This has given me an opportunity to build on my previous leadership experiences and apply methods and techniques I have been learning through CWU.
Freelance computer troubleshooting
I have been building and supporting computer systems for over ten years as a freelance agent.  This began senior year of high school when I was appointed by the School District to provide support for their computer systems as part of an advanced information technology class I was placed in.  After this I took my skills and developed them further by providing freelance computer support and troubleshooting to anyone that needed it.  This has provided me with experience troubleshooting a vast array of complex problems and a wealth of experience in relating issues to customers to reach appropriate resolutions.
