Leadership and Administration

Freelance computer troubleshooting

I have been building and supporting computer systems for over ten years as a freelance agent.  This began senior year of high school when I was appointed by the School District to provide support for their computer systems as part of an advanced information technology class I was placed in.  After this I took my skills and developed them further by providing freelance computer support and troubleshooting to anyone that needed it.  This has provided me with experience troubleshooting a vast array of complex problems and a wealth of experience in relating issues to customers to reach appropriate resolutions.
