Working for the leading managed services company that delivers flexible ICT, Voice, Data and Mobile communication services to its customers. Azzurri is headquartered in the UK and offers global access to sales, service and support to customers in 130 countries. Many of Azzurri’s customers are major multinationals and household brands with around 25% of them being FTSE100 companies. • Providing legal advice and guidance with a view to minimising risks to the business within a set of contractual, commercial and legal guidelines; • Liaise with commercial, projects and senior Azzurri management to ensure contracts are deliverable and commercially acceptable and answer ad-hoc contractual queries from within Azzurri; • Full ownership of revenue contract and associated supplier contract work-streams; • Review, draft, negotiate, and comment on a wide range of standard and non-standard customer, supplier and sub-contract agreements with a technology focus (such as telecommunications services from third party carriers, MSAs, NDAs, payment service provision (online and mobile), ICT - procurement of hardware and software, systems and services, general supplier agreements); • Adapt customer contracts based on Azzurri terms to meet particular deal requirements; • Liaise with external legal advisors as and when required; • Maintain accurate records and log of live contracts within an established methodology; • Liaise with Legal Assistant to ensure contracts are fully executed; • Understand and implement the contractual, commercial and legal guidelines set by Azzurri; • Ensure compliance with any relevant legislation and regulations including interpreting the effect on Azzurri of any proposed changes to such legislation and regulations; • Attend customer and supplier meetings in person when necessary.
