  • Shepherded Agile Scrum SDLC project to re-engineer global I.T. platform and workflow processes and to boost operational collaboration and communication.This included development of business, user, functional, and implementation requirements using ten project resources. Project completed 4 months ahead of schedule within scope and cost.
  • Promoted to Global Administration Manager.Resided for 1 year in Eastern Bloc Europe implementing an industry sponsored liaison project. This focused on improving pan-European relations and economic development for struggling organizations lacking commercial credit facilities. Within 18 months the initiative provided for improved credit facilities and operational expansion opportunities for over 230 companies
