I am currently seeking a twelve week internship. The internship begins in May and ends in August. This is a credited course through The Pennsylvania School of Culinary Arts A Division of YTI Career Institute. As a waitress at Ashley's Pizza, my duties were to take customers orders and use the cash register, and keep the establishment clean. During my time as a waitress at Ashley's, I learned customer service skills and how to operate a cash register.

Holy Spirit Hospital

As a Patient Access Representative, my duties are to take patient and insurance information, as well as to maintain excellent customer service. I proficiently use Microsoft Outlook, and Word for certain job applications. Other programs I proficiently use day to day include, OAS Gold, Siemens Document Imaging and an electronic ledger.

Food Service Associate

Holy Spirit Hospital

As a Food Service Associate, my duties were to take customers orders, food production, food preparation, cleaning, and maintaining excellent customer service. During my time as a Food Service Associate, I learned how to use and clean a grill, fryer and display cases.


High School Diploma

Upper Dauphin Area High School

During my time at Upper Dauphin Area High School, I maintained an A and B average, and was on the Honor Roll. Prior to graduation, I received the Big 33 Scholarship.

Artisanal Bread Making
Although I have only learned a few skills during my time at YTI, I am very interested in learning more about Artisanal bread making.
Customer Service
Throughout my different jobs I have learned many customer service skills.
Fondant Work
I am able to use fondant. Although I don't have much experience using it, I am very eager to continue to learn.
Formula Conversion
I am able to convert recipes efficiently.
Scaling Ingredients
I am able to scale ingredients accurately.
