Organized and established a highly profitable interconnect company capitalizing on the evolving telecommunications industry and led the company growth through continued exploitation of new embryonic technology markets by initiating distinct new divisions to exploit interactive voice messaging systems, ACD/Call Centers, voice and data cabling , fiber optic cabling, digital CCTV systems, unified communications systems and digital signage installations, each in their embryonic stages. Propelled the company growth, with no start-up capital, from one to twenty six full time employees and $4M revenue in five years as a customer focused organization that won its success through team management, truly understanding the customer and exceeded their needs. Innovated and designed customized value added application solutions for clients. Energized sales and engineering support departments to think outside the box and bring together theretofore never combined products to function as revolutionary solutions. Contributed to the development of the TIA/EIA-568 telecommunications standards that addressed the commercial building cabling for telecom products and services, first published in 1991 by the Telecommunications Industry Association and defined the Structured Cabling Standards Spearheaded the enterprise wide voice communications architecture design and implementation for FleetCall of California (Subsequently to become NEXTEL) for the State wide rollout of NEXTEL office facilities in California. Oversaw the design and implementation of all inter and intra office voice and data communication system for every office from Eureka to San Diego. Many of the new ground-breaking cost reduction solutions subsequently adopted nationally.
