Her Human Resources - Training & Development experience has been gained through construction and engineering multinationals such as Fluor Daniel, Bechtel and Hatch Chile, coordinating events and seminars in various areas of importance, bringing facilitators to the country, sourcing within universities and companies, organizing events and lectures, sending invitation letters or e-mails, coordinating logistics, and certificates submission in different areas of expertise such as geology and mining, sustainability and environmental issues, mineral processing, hydrometallurgy, maintenance, automation, and human resources, raising an international network of Knowledge Management exchange; promoting training and development processes based in learning experiences, career development and strategic management. She also initiated the Information Research Centre in Hatch Chile, keeping track of standards, books and proceedings
