  • Managed development of asset management processes for a $500 million portfolio and supervised annual appraisal and analysis with an annual volume in excess of $900 Million. Managed overseas business development program. Generated open ended fund RFP for $500 Million from major UK life company.
  • Created and led in-house department to manage the facilities, support and real estate functions of a national retailer with a budget of $20 million, 3 Million Sqft, 120 + Sites. Managed a 50% increase in outlet count. Managed costs to less than half those typically associate with a value retailer representing savings of $ 8 Million plus savings of $550,000 pa in outsource fees.
  • Took over a moribund government divestiture program which was also a political “hot potato”increasing rate of divestiture to 10 times it’s previous level and created the framework for national programs of asset management and marine facility performance measuring
