Leaning on my experiences in the industry I am prepared for the challenge of a leadership role in management, wherein my skills will be utilized to their fullest potential.  I am seeking opportunity for personal and professional growth and the Manufacturing Management Associate program will be a great avenue in aiding to fulfill current and future goals. I am self-motivated, possess innate leadership skills and paired with the invaluable manufacturing know-how I believe I would be an asset to any packaging facility as a manufacturing professional.

“I had the pleasure of working with Norma at Temple-Inland, where we shared several accounts between the Carrollton Tx and Minden La plants. She was always a joy to work with. She possess strong customer service, and administrative skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with individuals to effectively achieve goals. If opportunities present themselves again, I'd would relish the chance to work with her again.”
