  • Manage and setup all characteristics of new items in Amtech software
  • Maintain all aspects of pricing requirements and system requirements as needed for both local and national accounts
  • Sustain offsite inventory levels and coordinate with plant schedules to meet customers warehousing needs
  • Coordinate all externally purchased items with vendors, production staff, and shipping department
  • Effectively manage all daily aspects of the Customer Service Manager role in her absence
