Beirut, Lebanon Senior Event Coordinator at the Students' Activities Department Supervision of the social clubs and coordination & planning of their events. Event concept creation. Internal and external pitch foe events and students' attractions. Relationship handling with different departments, sponsors and suppliers PR and Marketing(draft of collateral, supervising the production process, follow up with agencies) Media relations and dissemination of invitations, press releases, announcements and coordination of interview opportunities MC role Planning, organizing, and evaluating all activities and events offered through Student activities department. Internal strategy planning In coordination with student clubs, developing an active schedule of events. Developing and coordinating on-going programs and activities that promote a sense of awareness and understanding of diversity and multiculturalism. In collaboration with Students Activities department team, managing contracts, facilities, purchase orders, venue reservations, program scheduling, and agreements for potential sponsors, entertainers, lecturers, and student club events. Supervision of club coaches and club presidents for the continued development of clubs and organizations. Planning leadership training programs that promote civic responsibility, prepare students for leadership responsibilities. Establishing a working relationship with community organizations, local business and government, media, and other relevant entities. Maintaining the Student Activities website and social media accounts. Overseeing and providing data for marketing material(flyers, posters, handbills) for all activities/events. Assisting the Head of student activities in administering the department and club budgets. This includes processing all forms for payment, monitoring expenditures and income, and reconciling expenditures on a monthly basis.
