Coordinate with developers for snagging and inspection appointments,
Monitoring and following up with property’s service fees, land registration fees and processes.
Close coordination between departments to ensure smooth flow of property handover, new business/ sales
Record and review property management cases.
Prepare staff incentive proposals
CPV (Customer Point Verification) Business Solution Delivery.
Representing CSR (Corporate Social Responsibilities) department.
