Head of Sales
As a part of the managementteam of Pararius B.V. I am responsible for the Sales- & Accountmanagement team of Pararius B.V. In this matter I am working with a team of 5 sales- and account management representatives. Based on a clear strategy and relevant KPI's we are continuously working towards better results and optimal efficiency. I believe in a clear focus on each individual by creating focus within the team.
In the end of 2014/early 2015 I've guided and implemented a new strategy and sales framework for the entire team, based on Verne Harnish' guidelines. The implementation has let to an increase of 0.5 on the NPS score of accountmanagement, an increase of 25% in sales and we've managed to improve the internal efficiency massively.
