Head of Sales 

As a part of the managementteam of Pararius B.V. I am responsible for the Sales- & Accountmanagement team of Pararius B.V. In this matter I am working with a team of 5 sales- and account management representatives. Based on a clear strategy and relevant KPI's we are continuously working towards better results and optimal efficiency. I believe in a clear focus on each individual by creating focus within the team. 

In the end of 2014/early 2015 I've guided and implemented a new strategy and sales framework for the entire team, based on Verne Harnish' guidelines. The implementation has let to an increase of 0.5 on the NPS score of accountmanagement, an increase of 25% in sales and we've managed to improve the internal efficiency massively.

Partnership Manager 

As a Partnership Manager for Pararius B.V. I am responsible for creating, closing and implementing new partnerships for Pararius. These partnerships are broadly defined from exploring new business models for Pararius till closing deals with relevant partners for Pararius. 

In this role I've introduced' Pararius Dat'a to the broader scope of the Pararius products. With Pararius Data we represent the authority of market information about the Dutch Residential rental market. 

Furthermore I've managed to close partnerships with top notch companies like: Eneco, Citybox,, Vodafone, Unive and more. 

EasyRoommate W3 Ltd.

Business Development Manager

Easyroommate is part of the W3 Ltd. group which also leads some other verticals withing their portfolio. Easyroommate is a flatshare website launched in 1999 and since 2012 market leader in 80% of their active (40) countries. 

Responsible for the NL Site and Belgium Site for Easyroommate.
Handling all aspects of the product including; Marketing, Sales, PPC, SEO, UX design, product developement and partnerships. 

I've managed to let the product grow 220% (annually in turnover) and helped the product to the top 3 position in terms of market share in both the Netherlands and Belgium.
