I graduated in applied health science. I took the route of pre-kinseology at parkside. My interest in this was to apply to occupational therapy school. Throughout my 4 years at Parkside I also did a total of 400 hours of job shadow experience with various physical therapy clinics around the area, and a couple of occupational therapy settings too.

Skills

My skills outside of academia lie in personal interest. For example I enjoy cooking and learning about the culinary arts. Whenever the chance is given I spend time doing this. Tied to this I also enjoy learning about nutrition and practicing it too. Because of this I have changed my lifestyle since recent years for the better. Another major interest of mine is reading. I mostly read classical works but I also enjoy contemporary. I also spend time reading practical literature such as weight lifting. Going in to this I like to stay physically active too. On a regular week I exercise 5 times with sessions lasting about an hour. These are in a general sense my biggest interest and skills outside of academia and I tend to build on them and look for new ones too.
