I am a communications specialist with a strong project management and production background.  I have spent the past 15 years developing my customer relations skills and the past decade refining my production and project management abilities.  I am a strong leader and believe that a significant part of that is my willingness to listen to my team and genuinely consider their ideas and opinions. In addition, I am comfortable making difficult decisions and will investigate which options will best serve the organization.  I am well organized and have a knack for being resourceful and creative in order to ensure that the job gets done on time and to the highest standards.

I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.  Whether I am golfing, playing music, snowboarding, or skydiving it is always the company that I am with that makes the experience great.

Director of Operations

Swank Audio Visuals

Audio visuals is a unique field that requires both strong customer relations skills and a high technical aptitude.  Being able to understand a clients vision and turn it into a reality within a hotel environment and with limited budgets requires strong communication skills, exceptional competence for creative problem solving, resourcefulness, and an ability to work side by side with people of all backgrounds.  My past clients include everyone from CEO's of Fortune 100 companies to administrative assistants at small independent firms, from brain surgeons to auto mechanics, and from technological leaders to pharmaceutical companies.  I am extremely successful at delivering a high production value while in a hospitality environment because I have the ability to quickly decipher a persons wants, needs, and motivations and adapt accordingly.  As a director, I understand the importance of being flexible with my communication style and operational schedule on a daily basis.  Below are a few of the responsibilities and accomplishments from my time in the audio visual industry.
