As a Clent service representative, I was responsible with consumer interaction and reporting duties.
In addition to my basic responsibilities, I also involved myself in the process development and training aspect of the work that was needed by the client.
Currently, I am in charge of providing training, process improvement and supervision of the quality of our work for a portion of my collegues.
Working in this multinational environment has aided greatly in developing myself in regards to client and consumer interaction.
As part of the JADE network, I created and organized campaigns to promote the JADE Romania federation inside it's international framework, promote the concept of Junior Enterprise at a national level, and create portfolios, business cards and visual elements.
As a QA Tester, I was tasked with finding and reporting product irregularities, follow up and assure that company products I worked on (video games), had passed all quality standards.
I worked as a visual designer and marketing strategist on the International Relations team, coordinating a promotional campaign to inform members within the NGO regarding the JADE confederation.
As part of a volunteering experience, I learned to catalog and organize the library, as well as update the database for double entries and errors.
