I am currently wrapping up both an MBA as well as degree in Culinary Arts, and have a deep interest in natural, sustainable, and socially responsible business. My passion for food and business acumen have me well positioned to work both in the kitchen as well as in the office developing and growing a business. I have experience in both front and back of house operations, which has allowed me to gain a more full perspective of how a business truly operates, and what the challenges are in both areas. I posses both the technical ability and quick thinking creativity that are necessary to work well in any kitchen.
My course of study in my MBA program at the University of Denver has concentrated in both Marketing strategy as well as Management. I have experience in the use of social media as a marketing tool and knowledge of how to best apply it to the restaurant and foodservice industry.
I am currently looking for opportunities that will best challenge me and allow for continued growth both within the kitchen environment as well as in the management of a foodservice operation.
