•Developed and supervised the reorganization of merchandise in our store to encourage multiple purchases (placed books by the same author together; categorized books by subject matter so that customers interested in a certain topic would see a wider selection).
•Coordinated with design department for the development of marketing material and advertisements for print and online.
•Received in-bound sales calls, determined customer needs and recommended products that met customers’ needs, ensuring a pleasant customer experience.
•Personally met and networked with suppliers and retail customers at trade shows and events such as GYC.
•Supervised operations during Hartland events to ensure pleasant shopping experiences for walk-in guests.
