Personally supplied all of the training; Reporting, Writing, Videography, Non-linear editing, on-camera presence, source-development, etc. Operated with extremely limited budget; Program was always in fiscal balance; Personally recruited all students with self-produced on-line and printed marketing materials, and personal visits; Graduates found careers on-and-off camera at Network and local affiliate levels.
