"Natalia showed excellent skill in gathering information for putting together most all of an issue of the Florida Conference magazine, Florida Focus---the issue in which we reported on the five values that comprise our office's new mission statement. She helped bring a young adult perspective to the information, very much appreciated by administration, and I particularly enjoyed collaborating with her on designing the magazine pages with her material"

- Lee Bennett, Associate Director of Communication, Florida Conference of Seventh-day Adventists managed Natalia indirectly at Florida Conference of Seventh-day Adventist.

"During the past three years, I have worked with Natalia as her teacher, academic advisor, and work supervisor.  In all these different scenarios I have found Natalia to be a talented and outstanding student and young adult.  As a student, she is very quick, responsive and diligent.  Natalia has developed into a good and diverse writer, being talented at news as well as creative writing.  She also has the unique distinction of pursuing a professional certificate in nonprofit management and leadership through American Humanics, Inc., of Kansas City, MO.

As a young adult, Natalia is equally outstanding.  Her international background and her bilingual skills guide her toward service in diplomatic careers.  Also, Natalia's desire to serve humankind, and her sensitivity to the suffering of others makes her a woman of compassion, and wisdom.

I highly recommend Natalia Lopez-Thismon to you. I believe she will be an outstanding employee.  Natalia will be a success at anything she attempts."  -T. Lynn Caldwell. Former Associate Professor in the School of Journalism and Communication at Southern Adventist University

"I have observed Natalia's office skills, work ethic, and organization, and her interactions with colleagues, clients, and the media.  From May through August, Natalia worked on a variety of tasks for our 5th annual Youth Assembly at the United Nations.  Working on this Assembly required skills for a wide variety of logistical and communication tasks under the guidance of the Assembly Project Director.  Natalia showed excellent communication skills as part of the FAF team, coordinating with other interns and staff while balancing independent tasks.

Natalia's tasks during the internship included writing, sending, and following up press releases, creating and editing the media database, writing and maintaining the event's blog, maintaining and editing other social media outreach techniques such as discussion boards and bulletins on Nexodex.  She helped to organized a press conference at the United Nations on August 12.  She was also involved in outreach through other social media tools such as Facebook and MySpace.  Her job also involved designing and creating outreach material for the Youth Assembly event.

I recommend Natalia without reservation as I believe she is a valuable asset to any workplace." -Patrick Sciarratta, Member, Executive Committee, NGO UNDPI and Executive Director Friendship Ambassadors Foundation
