References

Brian Breittholtz

Brian Breittholtz was the chapter advisor for the Alpha chapter of Beta Theta Pi at Miami University until he moved to Bloomington, Indiana in the Fall of 2011. I've known him for 6 years, and he has been my anchor and my guide during my college career. I knew that I could go to him with anything, and have the utmost respect for him.

Matt Clement

Matt Clement is the one who taught me everything that I know. He owns his own Television Production Agency based in Atlanta, GA, and frequently performs post-production operations on commercials and TV shows for such big names as the Speed Channel, the Golf Channel, and Real Savvy Media. In February 2011, Matt began working for Group CSE as a Senior Producer, able to perform masterfully all components of the production process.

Ned Simon

Ned Simon was my boss when I interned at Group CSE, and is a genius of a story teller. I learned a lot from him on how to organize the various elements of a piece to best bring out the story hidden within. Whenever I needed an outsider's perspective on the flow of a video, he would always tell me exactly what he wanted and how his vision for the piece could best be portrayed on screen.

Dr. Nishani Frazier

Dr. Nishani Frazier taught History 433: Oral Tradition and History, the fall semester of 2010. It was in her class that I made The Perfect Storm, the documentary whose introduction is posted above, and she has been one of the most valuable professors I have had in my academic career. She is extremely knowledgable on anything that she discusses, and I included her on my list of references as a witness to my academic personality and overall work ethic.
