JP Bautista fronts strong years of media advertising experience with a wide range of brand portfolio management, business-oriented strategic planning, adaptive marketing across consumer channels, client servicing, and digital thought leadership.

He started his career in the Philippines' ZenithOptimedia and Vizeum/Mediaforce nurturing his career path through both buying and planning disciplines. He later on was tasked to be a part of Mindshare's Mondelez team and rightafter was assigned to the Unilever group.

Being a part of GroupM's worldwide network since 2011, he joined Mindshare Malaysia as a Client Leadership, Associate Director for the Nestle account in 2015. In less than two years, JP is awarded a Business Director post for the GSK account.

After establishing a place within the Nestle group, JP is appointed to take lead on the GlaxoSmithKline Malaysia business alongside well-known global brands like Volvo, HSBC, Nokia, Grab, & BP Castrol
