Responsible for the day to day shop operation including customer greetings, problem analysis, written estimates, creating customer information file and sales transaction processing.

On a daily basis working with technicians to diagnose, repair and perform preventative maintenance on customer vehicles. Responsible for recognizing and selling additional repair/maintenance needs.

Accountable for the installations of automotive products and services, shop personal, store image and safety.

Perform inventory review daily. Analyze customer retention reports. Create and verify end-of-day sales reports. Verify processing of merchant services(POS), cash and corporate report transmissions.

Responsibilities involved coordinating the effort needed to resolve outstanding application problems and installing enhancements on our Individual Insurance application, for both on-line and batch systems. Consult user representative responsible for specific application and develop functional specifications, systems specifications, systems design and user acceptance test plan.

Manager of programmers, analyst and computer operators within an IBM 4381-MVS/XA environment. Major duties involve team project reviews, prioritization and coordination of all efforts required to provide development, implementation, maintenance, and support for all banking and financial systems as well as the operating system driving both in-house and vendor processed applications.
