I am in the process of developing a new curriculum on " Introduction to potential Immuno-Prognosis and Immunotherapeutics against incurable diseases of the modern era". This course deals with  detailed information and current active laboratory/industrial research and clinical trials going on against HIV, Cancers, Drug resistant tuberculosis and Ebola virus.

Without any background study or evidence, our team of researchers successfully demonstrated the biochemical remodeling of the cell wall of rifampin resistant Mycobacterium tuberculosis and global lipidomic changes by unbiased software mediated analysis;

TB Biomarker research from patients' body fluids:

Actively worked on identifying TB specific biomarkers from urine and plasma of TB patients. Lipid extraction from urine and plasma and running LC-MS, finally going through the known lipid database.

Proficiency in Bio-analytical software: Mass Hunter (Agilent B.03), XCMS by R, Mass Profiler Professional (Agilent), Genepattern.

A manuscript submitted.

I served as a lecturer in the dept. of Physiology and Microbiology of bachelor's courses in St. Paul's Cathedral Mission college. Conducted lectures in PHYSIOLOGY and MICROBIOLOGY  and practical classes. 

I received a great repute within the students and applaud from the HOD, who offered me a full-time position from the next year.

However, I left the job in Dec 2002, after I qualified NET and got the opportunity to pursue my PhD program.

macrophages.
* The role of Arabinosylated LAM isolated from non-pathogenic mycobacteria in the
restoration of the impaired cell mediated immune response in a murine model of
tuberculosis.
* Ara-LAM mediated protection against mycobacterial pathogenesis: Involvement of TLR-2 signaling.
* role of chemokines on the impaired PKC signaling and cytokine balance in Visceral Leishmaniasis.
* Altered cell signaling and the role of atypical PKC and ceramide in Leishmaniasis.
