Today, AT&T is rapidly evolved from a company that handles mostly long-distance voice calls to a giant corporation of four lines of business that connect people to information in any form that is useful to them-voice, data and video, over three different networks-wireless, data and cable. Cognizant was supporting the 80+ AT&T applications in marketing and sales, customer care, operator services, provisioning and order management, financial journals and consumer billing and message processing RAMP(Residential Account Maintenance Platform)-The heart of billing, provides billing for LD. Most residential customer data and billing data reside in RAMP. The RAMP System is used to calculate the customer bill, display residence toll to Customer Service associates, and to maintain provisioning information necessary to bill. RAMP Customer Service is responsible for Residential customer post billing inquiry and adjustment functions. Responsibilities: Responsibilities: Provide technical solutions to client and system analysis for architectural purposes Software development activities such as design, development and testing Creating all type of testing scenarios(Like Pair testing, Application testing, Integration testing, User acceptance testing, End to End testing and Volume testing.), assisting System testing team in data preparation, validating outputs and providing all required testing results to client. Support implementation and configuration management of the software. Participate in software code walkthroughs and reviews Mentoring new team members as well as new joiners.
