Most residential customer data and billing data reside in RAMP. The RAMP System is used to calculate the customer bill, display residence toll to Customer Service associates, and to maintain provisioning information necessary to bill. RAMP Customer Service is responsible for Residential customer post billing inquiry and adjustment functions.
