Currently Working as an Assistant Manager MNP(Mobile Number Portability). Position is responsible for following things:

  • To ensure that the assigned team performing up to the required standards
  • To ensure smooth MNP operations
  • Problem escalation to IT/Other operators
  • Inter-operator coordination
  • Coordination with PMD (Pakistan MNP Database G Limited) 

Previously, As an  Assistant manager Looked after two more units of customer operations. Major role/contributions are:

  • To look after the back end issues of nation wide franchises
  • Teach and train the franchises regarding any new addition or change in existing process
  • Digital archiving/scanning of various kinds of customer forms
  • Automation of commissioning processes
