Following up with Co loader, Linehaul vendor for on time arrival at the departure of the vehicles. Follow-up with the customers for on time delivery and custom duty amount status. Share the weekly performance report with the failure cons analysis and trends. Follow up with customer service team for undelivered consignments. Coordinating with Hub team for smooth arrival and departure of load. Assigning the shipments in vendor commission module for vendor commission. Arranging form 16 & from 38 from the customer for their import shipments. Administrative Support: Providing adequate supply of Operations Consumables & General Stationary to the area/branch offices. Accurate and updated maintenance of fixed asset of the Company. Accurate and timely repair of furniture/fixtures of Regional and Branch offices of the North India Locations. Ensure that all papers are properly indexed and filed related to Agreement, Vendor, Fleet & Cheque's, Invoices, Assets transfer details, Vendor Creation Document, Consumables, Purchase Etc. Ensure that renovation/expansion including new offices is completed in a smooth and efficient manner work is completed to company standards and costs are within budgeted/approved levels. Conduct physical verification of stocks and report differences, if any with the inventory modules. Ensure regular archive of old records of all departments to concern vendor and keep record of archived documents to get this back when it's needed. AMC for all the equipments & MHE. Handover the shipment to the staff as per route planned with an hour after the load receiving. Depositing cash in the bank received from the customer against Receiver Pay and Custom Duty amount.
