Working with people motivates and energizes me. I want to help others and I’m interested in improving people’s quality of work and life. It’s easy for me to work with people from various backgrounds and organizational levels. My customers have described me as an inspiring, supportive and positive coach. They have also thanked me for bringing humanity into difficult situations and helping them to focus on the relevant by asking the right questions.
Development really gets me excited – It’s my thing! I have led and participated in many interesting projects to improve my employer’s business, employee and customer experience. I constantly find myself thinking “How can we improve this?”. Continuous improvement – refining and simplifying processes and ways of working – is one of my key strengths. In projects I’m an efficient and systematic organizer and enjoy bringing projects to completion.
I have developed HR processes, e.g. recruitment, orientation, wellbeing, benefits, to fit a growing company’s needs. I understand and believe in the importance of the link between HR and business. I have a knowledge about human resource development, management/leadership development and different change situations e.g. adjustment process.
In operations management tasks I plan and execute actions that support the strategic goals of the company. I manage and organize the day-to-day work and activities, staff and customers at HRM Partners’s Career Lounge.
