Setting up calls & meetings.(including selection of date, time, and location) internal and external meetings (internal
meetings typically require extensive coordination).
Responsible for handling all travel arrangements (domestic and international) including Visa, Hotel
accommodations, Airline reservations, Taxi.
Reconciliation of Expenses
Prepare various materials when requested, using Word, and Excel.
Prepare expense reports.
