•Participated in the “Polished Concrete Floor Committee” representing the Marketing Department to choose a polished concrete type for and color from branding research and travel across the USA for the new store design.  •Developed and designed a signage system from the sensory branding research to be installed and adhered to into the new Store Design. Partnered with our vendors for the development of the signage system to align with the sensory branding.       •Streamlined complex concepts to easy understandable content to improve efficiency and advancing the business.  •Conceptualize and designed new fixture prototypes & marketing collateral that increased sales and customer engagement. •Created and designed new business initiatives. Communicated, negotiated, and met with vendors and new business development assuring the concept was aligned with the strategy, deadline, and budget from concept to completion. •Collaborated with the in- house creative team to conceptualize and execute campaign layouts within the PetSmart brand.
