Drive planning, coordination, and execution of diversity and inclusion recruitment, partnership, and programming focused initiatives (representing LGBTQ, Asian American, Pacific Islander, Native, Military Veteran, and Interfaith communities). Cultivate and manage internal and external relationships. Amplify engagement through digital marketing and communications. Contribute to setting strategic direction and goal-aligned measures of success, develop and implement targeted diversity programming and recruitment strategies, and manage data tracking and reporting systems.
