Engineered drilling fluids, trained drilling personnel in fluids technology, blowout prevention and drilling practices. Trained 1800+ persons in blowout prevention alongside a team of 55 trainers.Savings in environmental protection is estimated at 200 million USD.

·Supervised a team of 4 men traveling to 16 countries to teach blowout  prevention.

·Performed all work with zero injuries to self or persons in my charge. 

·Sold an average of 12 thousand USD per day product.

Global Marine Deepwater Drilling Inc.

Operated a corporate training center teaching drilling practices, blowout prevention and fluids technology with a student base of 2000+, and a staff of three.Directed safety programs for, and inspected35 facilities of average value, 125 million dollars each.Developed comprehensive environmental programs covering new legislation.Authored 100+ reports and new training programs as needed.

* Led a 2000+ man workforce to award winning safety levels in IADC

·AchievedCertified Safety Professional from American Board of Certified Safety Professionals.

·Inspected facilities and trained men in occupational safety resulting in contract revenue increase of at least $80 million per two years.

·Reduced the instance of offshore blowouts to zero resulting in a savings of 50 million USD minimum.

Developed and implemented HS&E practices during the BG buyout of Tenneco.  Supervised a staff of 4. 

* Authored and produced a corporate safety manual for use by 2500 persons.

* Added vallue to BG of 1 million dollars in injury reduction.

* Implemented a comprehensive safety inspection program for BG western hemisphere and Africa for 100+ 

  facilities.

* Targetted areas for improvement in safety and regulatory compliance and standardized incident reporting

  in those areas.

* Interfaced with field operations to ensure compliance in environmentally sensitive areas such as rainforests,

  urban areas and deserts.

* Reduced the instance of serious injuries to zero during my tenure.
