Setting up the restaurant in the morning by baking various pastries and delicacies, and warmly seating and greeting customers. Successful, efficient and quick use of the computing and till system is required as the restaurant and café both get extremely busy.
BARISTA DUTIES include: pouring, making and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages; working in a solo position.
FLOOR DUTIES include: conversing with customers in a friendly manner; creating a pleasant atmosphere; taking orders; running food; clearing plates.
