I am passionate about music and film. I spend a lot of my free time attending films, gigs and festivals.  Other enjoyments include food and travel, especially when combining the two together. I took a career break in South East Asia. (Aug 2005 – Dec 2005). It was an amazing way to experience different cultures and provide inspiration for my cooking.
