In my role as Business Planning Manager, I have been on the Carhartt EMEA Management Team for 3 years, in which time I have gained an outstanding reputation with the Carhartt Inc. (US) Executive Board for getting the job done. My expertise is in Retail and Demand Planning, Logistics, Operations and Supply Chain Management. I have also been asked to lead departments in which I have no track record and being thrown in at the deep end has given me the knowledge that I can succeed in new areas.
I have demonstrated the coaching and motivational skills, flexibility, organisation and dedication required to lead multiple teams simultaneously. First class interpersonal and communication skills have also contributed to my career progression.
Putting in place best practice, processes and systems has been the focus of much my career. Highlights include setting up the Retail Planning department for Nike EMEA and setting up the Carhartt Workwear EMEA Supply Chain covering Budgeting, Assortment Planning, Forecasting, Stock Management, Logistics, Ordering, Reporting and POS analysis.
I am extremely systems-literate, leading numerous business system implementations including two ERP implementations (SAP and Exact) and the design, implementation and training of the Nike Retail Planning system. Currently I manage the Carhartt IT department, together with my main focus of leading the Planning Department. I am also an Excel expert.
