Nick Bratsafolis

Nick Bratsafolis leverages more than 35 years of experience in real estate and finance to serve as the owner of Pyramid Advisors, LLC, a real estate and mortgage banking advisory company based in New York City. As a consultant, he works with large real estate firms and mortgage lenders to help them establish strategic business relationships, increase sales, and generate new business opportunities. Nick Bratsafolis has successfully improved the marketing and business development capabilities of major mortgage bankers, including Nationstar and Quicken Loans.

In 2014, Bratsafolis also became a partner with HomeLPC, which offers the innovative Road Home program to help people become homeowners. He works to establish strategic partnerships with companies in the real estate industry around the country. For example, Bratsafolis developed a strong working relationship between HomeLPC and Keller Williams in support of the residential rent-to-own system.

Prior to his current endeavors, Nick Bratsafolis held leadership roles with other real estate companies, such as American Realty Holdings Corporation, and practiced real estate law at a number of firms in New York City. He prepared for his career in real estate and transactional law by earning a JD from the Seton Hall University School of Law.
