I am responsible for troubleshooting and repairing workstations and all other technology in a classroom for Lake Central Schools. In any given classroom, we have: Smart Boards, Smart TVs, document cameras, projectors, printers, and computers. While working for Lake Central, I have managed groups of 3-15 people in multiple projects that lasted from 5 days - 3 months. These projects involved completing tasks such as: the replacement of approximately 900 client workstations, switching the domain used by the entire corporation, updating software on client workstations, and others. The responsibilities of managing the project(s) primarily involved coordinating groups of workers, and insuring that all work was completed with great quality.
