Summary

Nick has 20 years proven track record of delivering business and technology solutions in iterative ways as a business systems analyst, agile coach and trainer. Formally trained business analyst, Certified Scrum Master & Product Owner with applied experience. Practical exposure to software development methods and frameworks such as Scrum, DevOps, Lean, Kanban, XP, UML, SysML, RUP, ArchiMate, BPMN 2.0, visual modelling, BABOK, requirements and business rule definition/management.

Roles have included Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Product Owner and Agile Business Analyst as well as more traditional project management, lead business analyst, training course production and training delivery. I do what I teach and teach what I do at expert level.
