  • Developed new system to provide the same quality but to move at a more efficent pace to complete details an hour earlier
  • Implicated a marketing strategy to increase sales and commission from presenting a car's villain (Salt, Bird Waste, Bugs, etc.) and our superheros (Rain Protectant, Triple Coat Sealer Wax), featured in our higher priced washes. Owner, Bill Catafilo had approved and made this idea into reality by putting a wind-sign at the back entrance
