  • Annual reconciliations of PTO accrual/usage for accounting purposes (carry-over & pay-outs) for practices.  Collaborate with PMs regarding any manual adjustments necessary on an as needed basis
  • Assist in Facilitation of open enrollment of benefits for all practices & the initial enrollment period for newly acquired practices. Coordinate with benefits and payroll vendor
  • Ordering State/Federal compliance posters for all hospitals and corporate office
