While with Reading Specialists my duties encompassed group facilitation, employment management, and program development, for which I developed a strong passion and aptitude. Among other programs, I was charged with re-developing and administering a V.S. program aimed at reducing the frequency of negative client action. This, paired with various other counseling techniques helped us lower the recidivism rate from 25% to 5%. I also had the opportunity to develop of implement an employment program aimed at finding long-term job opportunities for those previously considered unemployable by blending both social learning and various marketing/recruiting techniques.

Adobe CS3/Adobe CS4

While I have only been exposed extensively to the Adobe Creative Suite series for a few years I have developed a strong understanding of the program thanks to rapid program submergence and three years of university-level academic instruction. I currently tutor individuals in the daily operations and use of the Adobe Creative Suite series.

Microsoft Office

Over the past seven years I have accumulated an extensive amount of experience in troubleshooting, using, and teaching Microsoft Office versions (v. 2000 to Present).
