+ Manages ongoing marketing activity through insight led decision making. Evaluates, prioritizes and leads decisions in support of category and strategic initiatives on customer insight, financial goals and brand fit. Identifies and leads integrated marketing plans in collaboration with other categories and marketing.
+Identifies and communicates key responsibilities and practices to ensure the immediate team of direct reports and/or cross functional partners promotes a successful attitude, confidence in leadership, and teamwork to achieve business results.
+Successfully communicates up, down and across the organization both orally and in writing. Understands audiences and tailors communication appropriately.
+Supports the implementation of company programs to ensure the success of the Company.
