I acted as Country Manager for Aquanima in Argentina, Uruguay and Chile (South Cone). Aquanima is an e-business company specializing in Supply Chain Management and e-procurement belonging to the Santander Financial Group of companies and it is devoted to rendering strategic supply and cost reduction services to the Group s companies and to the marketplace in general through a new valuable tool: No Savings, No Fees . Aquanima handles and negotiates for its customers business worth more than US$ 300 million on Strategic Procurement per annum.

Challenges:

Cost reductions in acquisitions amounting to 7.5% per year with the Santander group of companies. Achievements:

Overall cost reductions in the region amounting to 9.83%.

Before, I acted as Business Manager for Unione Consulting Chile in charge of a Siebel CRM business line within the Small & Medium Sized Business segment for Chile. Unione Consulting Chile is an IT company with Chilean and Brazilian capital devoted to implanting IT solutions in Business Intelligence and CRM. Siebel CRM s products are oriented toward managing all aspects related to customer service, coordinating all departments involved in this process: sales, marketing and customer relations. Siebel CRM s solutions jointly handle claims, managing incidents, salespersons and sales follow ups. Installed on Datawarehouse platforms, such profiles as users, their preferences and purchasing habits are obtained. An executive when was responsible for pre-sales, sales, consultancies for implanting and supporting such applications.

Challenges: Creating and implementing strategies for the penetration of Siebel CRM s products in Chile.

Achievements:

Trial applications were developed for FASA, the Chilean Safety Association and Fidelity Financial Services Chile.

I was too, Business Consulting Senior Manager in Arthur Andersen, during 10 years, in charge of Management Control, Strategies, Valuations, Operations and Logistics at Arthur Andersen, rendering frequent support to National and International companies when it came to Purchasing Audit processes. On the inside of Arthur Andersen, he was head of the Industrial Sector for Energy & Utilities from the perspective of Business Consulting.
