Licensed Realtor

As a licensed real estate sales associate, I work with both buyers and sellers and specialize in residential property.  I have memberships in two multiple listing services (mls), and therefore primarily work in Bay, Okaloosa, Walton and Washington counties.  When working with buyers, I meet with them to determine their needs and desires, research all available properties to find the most suitable ones, provide my clients with all pertinent information and show the property.  If needed, I also provide contacts for financing and any other information the buyer may need to make a purchase,and ensure that all contracts and paperwork are properly completed.  When working with sellers, I provide comparative sales information and pricing advice, as well as marketing services via two mls listings, advertisement and signage. Additionally, I conduct broker and buyer open houses, field quesions from potential buyers and other realtors, and schedule showing appointments.  With both buyers and sellers I always provide service after the sale in order to ensure their continued satisfaction.

During the time I worked for my husband in his custom home building business, my duties were vast and varied.  I was responsible for the bookeeping performed using Quickbooks, preparing statements and reports for the CPA, and general filing and office work.  I also visited job sites, interpreted blue prints, worked with clients and trade personnel.

Shopping Representative

As the personal and corporate shopping representative I was responsible for making presentations to businesses with the goal of attaining corporate accounts.  Once corporate accounts were established, I then helped each employee with individual wardrobe assessment and purchases.  For some businesses, I chose seasonal clothes specific to each employee to be worn as "professional uniforms".  In this case, I worked with each employee to ensure proper alterations were made and that each individual was satisfied.  Additionally, I worked with individual clients for personal and work wardrobe and accessory choices, and even made house calls.

Regional Coordinator

As Regional Coordinator, my responsibilites included disseminating information and directives regarding sales and marketing from the headquarters in Tallahassee to the regional and district managers in Miami, Ft Lauderdale and West Palm Beach.  I also traveled to these offices periodically to train managers and sales representatives on new procedures and policies.  Along with the three other Regional Coordinators, I planned all the sales meetings and events for the entire state that involved 12 sales managers and 180 sales representatives.  This planning included activities such as finding the location, securing hotel rooms when overnignt stay was involved, obtaining transportation, and coordinating meeting facilities, food, decorations, and anything else the specific event called for.
