- Initiate systematic efforts to ensure documentation and retention.
- Follow a collaborative approach to customer care, ensuring that all members have a consistent approach to communication and customer care.
Familiarize in all other activities of the branch to facilitate extra contribution during working hours.
- Update, maintain & better usage of customer data and at the same time ensuring full confidentiality.
